I am currently pursuing my Master's in Project Management at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies, building upon my strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Engineering.
With practical experience as a New Product Development Engineer at Dhananjay Group, I have successfully led multiple automotive component development projects from concept to production, including work on India's first CNG-powered motorcycle - the Bajaj Freedom 125.

- Led product development lifecycle from RFQ to sample submission, successfully completing over 8 projects within 45-50 day timelines while collaborating with suppliers for gauges, laser cutting, and heat treatment.
- Attended daily new product status meetings and led design reviews for over 10 concurrent projects, coordinating feasibility and execution planning with design and manufacturing teams.
- Evaluated project plans and provided feedback on quality assurance tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure optimal project delivery.
